The Sequence Advisors Team

Mark Read
Principal. Mark founded Sequence Advisors in 2003 to provide clients with best-in-class project and knowledge management tools focused on the Microsoft platform. He has built an interdisciplinary team to address client needs across technical, process and development domains. He functions as Sequence Advisors' subject matter expert and trainer. Mark has worked in technical and business roles providing innovative IT solutions for 20 years in New York and San Francisco.

Mark also serves as President of the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter of the MPA (the Microsoft Project Association, formerly MPUG). The chapter has monthly meetings in San Francisco and seeks to enrich the community’s abilities with Microsoft Project.

Consulting Team

Jean Thompson
Senior Consultant. Jean’s primary focus is assisting clients with the development of successful configurations, and developing innovative reports and testing. Jean knows SQL Reporting Services in addition to the Project stack. She holds an MBA from Simmons College and is the former IT Director of a semiconductor manufacturer.

David Luper
Senior Consultant. David has a broad project management background in the finance, healthcare, and software development industries, and has built host-class data centers in addition to information integration and reporting platforms. He is currently managing the Project Server implementation of a large reengineering program at a utility company. David holds an MBA from the University of Washington.

Christopher Bogoyevac
Consultant. Christopher is an expert at hands-on, results-driven project management, and is also an experienced product development and production director. He has worked with clients across a wide variety of industries to bring millions of dollars of product to market, and has honed his organizational and communication skills through extensive overseas experience. Christopher is PMP certified and is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley.

Nil Taspinar
Consultant. Nil is PMP certified and has over 10 years of project control consulting and training experience. In addition to her project management expertise, Nil is a software trainer and documentation specialist. She has trained hundreds of Microsoft Project users since version 4.0, and enjoys mentoring users of all levels in developing their scheduling skills. Nil has consulted in the development and operations of several PMOs.

Technology Team

Pablo Aguilar
Director of Technology. Pablo is an MCSE, and has broad infrastructure expertise including Project Server, SharePoint Services and SharePoint Portal Server, Active Directory, Exchange and Windows Server 2003. Pablo has installed and configured Project Server for all of our clients. Pablo has a broad background in system administration and automation.

Dyelan Grace
Senior Software Engineer. Dyelan is an MCSE, an application developer, and writes SQL in addition to .NET framework and C#. Dyelan has built many timesheet-based systems, and understands the Project Server data model very well, and also how to extend its functionality.
